Pickup only
All online orders are for pickup at 5392 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94112. We do not offer delivery through this website. Please bring your order code.
Orders and payment
Your card is charged when you place the order. Payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your full card number. Prices, availability, and hours are those shown at the moment you order, and we price every order against our live menu at checkout.
Pickup times are estimates. We prepare orders as quickly as we can, but busy periods may add a few minutes.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
To change or cancel an order, call us at (415) 444-6350 as soon as possible. If we haven't started preparing your food, we will cancel and refund it in full. If something is wrong with your order, tell us — we'll remake it or refund it.
Uncollected orders are held for the day and are not automatically refunded, since the food has already been made.
Allergies and dietary needs
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen. If you have a serious allergy, please call us before ordering rather than relying on the notes field.
